Fall Lecture Series

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) recognizes the value of pharmacists to provide cognative servies as part of the patients' overall healthcare. Pharmacists have always been qualified to provide this level of cognative care, but the norm has been to leave all patient management in the hands of the phycicins. Today, pharmacists are more equipped and inclined to offer "high talk and touch" using thier knolwdge, skills and technological tools to educate patients.

This lecure is presented by Dr. Naishadh Buch, Pharm.D.
Chief Opperations Officer of the Lompoc Valley Medical Center
