To help our residents stay connected with friends and family, we engaged the use of iPads to facilitate video chats. We offer indoor visitation based on CMS, CDPH guidelines for Long Term Care Facilities.
Our welcoming environment makes stopping by a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you have friends or family residing at the CCC, we invite you to come to spend time with them, at their invitation, as often as possible. We know just how important it is to stay in touch with family. We're committed to fostering these connections and keeping our residents' families informed about their daily lives.
Importance of Family Visitation
Healthy, strong relationships and good communication are mutually beneficial for everyone involved, but they require maintenance. Visiting your loved ones can be an excellent opportunity to catch them up on what's happening in your life and ask them about theirs. Together you can share meaningful conversations about their past experiences.
Visiting with Pets
At the CCC, we love animals and appreciate the importance of pets in people's lives. Pets provide companionship, a sense of purpose, social engagement, and opportunities to remain active. Family pets are welcome to visit residents if they have current vaccinations and are licensed. Pets must be on a leash or in a pet container to protect the safety of our residents.
