Lindsey Arevalos is the Director of Dietary and Nutrition Services at Lompoc Valley Medical Center where she manages federal funding opportunities and coordinates multiple projects to improve the health care delivery system under the Affordable Care Act.

She also collaborates on population health management efforts. She earned a bachelor’s of science degree in nutrition, with a minor in psychology, from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a Master’s of Science in Agriculture with specialization in food science and nutrition from Cal Poly. She is currently earning a master’s degree in health administration from Capella University.
