Lompoc Valley Medical Center is proud to introduce Dr. Nancy Mutoro, MD our newest physician to join Physicians Services. Dr. Mutoro earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 2013.
