Former Sansum Lompoc Clinic to Reopen as Lompoc Health - North H Center

On January 1, 2019, Lompoc Valley Medical Center (LVMC) will complete the purchase of the Sansum Multi-Specialty Clinic building located at 1225 North H Street. LVMC will immediately rename the building as "Lompoc Health — North H Center".

During this transition, the building at 1225 North H Street will close at 12 pm on December 31, 2018, and remain closed until 8 am on January 3, 2019. The practice will reopen January 3 as Lompoc Health — North H Center with virtually the same staff and medical providers the community has known for more than a decade. To make appointments, or for other inquiries, please call 805-737-8700. This is the same phone number previously used for the clinic.

To allow staff time to prepare for the January 3 opening, Urgent Care services will be temporarily available from 9 am to 6 pm on January 2 at LVMC’s Physician Services facility, located at 136 North Third Street Physician Services can be reached by calling 805-736-1253.

Starting January 3, 2019, Lompoc Health — North H Center will provide Urgent Care services from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. Additionally, Laboratory Services will soon return to the facility.

• Jan. 1 & 2 - Closed
• Jan. 2 - Urgent Care available 9 am – 6 pm at 136 North Third St.
• Jan. 3 - Opens at 8 am for appointments, and 9 am for Urgent Care services.
