Lompoc Health Now Offering TeleVisit Appointments

Lompoc Health is pleased to announce its new TeleVisit service, with remote access to a wide range of medical specialties.

Lompoc Health TeleVisits allow patients to easily and securely manage ongoing, nonemergency medical concerns from the comfort of their home, in their car or at work – anywhere technology is available. Patients may use a smartphone, tablet or computer to visit virtually with a medical provider.

TeleVisits will enable patients to avoid unnecessary trips in public during the mandated stay-at-home order due to COVID-19.

Lompoc Health TeleVisits cover services including primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, bariatric, general surgery, hematology-oncology, otolaryngology (ENT), general practice, counseling, and dietitians.

Patients already established with Lompoc Health can also use TeleVisits for prescription renewals.

If a patient’s appointment was canceled during the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic, TeleVisit offers a new option for a more immediate consultation.

TeleVisit may also be used for the management of ongoing chronic health issues such as diabetes, or new concerns such as a rash or infection.
