Effective March 19, 2020, visitors are prohibited from entering Lompoc Valley Medical Center: Hospital and the Comprehensive Care Center by order of the Santa Barbara County Public Health Officer.
This includes all areas, including the Emergency Department, Outpatient and Inpatient areas, Ocean’s Seven Café, and waiting rooms.
The only exceptions are for “Necessary Visitations,” as defined by the Santa Barbara County Public Health Officer. The complete SB County Health Officer order is posted at all entrances, and a copy is available upon request.
Lompoc Valley Medical Center is sensitive to the stress the COVID-19 pandemic situation places on patients and their families. The recovery of our patients and the protection of our healthcare workers during the pandemic is our highest priority. The actions taken by the Santa Barbara County Public Health Officer are taken to protect your loved ones and all healthcare workers.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with this order.
