First COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for 5-to-11-year-olds, Nov. 10

Based on the recommendation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Western States Scientific Safety Review Workgroup (WSSSRW), LVMC will hold its first Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic for 5-to-11-year-olds on Wednesday, November 10 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
The vaccine is recommended for children 5 to 11 years of age as a two-dose primary series, administered three weeks apart.
LVMC will continue the Wednesday vaccination clinics solely for children ages 5-to-11 years old, while demand from the community continues.
LVMC will continue to provide booster and additional doses for adults on Thursdays from 12:30 to 2:30 pm and first, second, booster, and additional doses on Fridays from 12:30 to 6 pm.
Appointments for any of the vaccinations may be made at www.myturn.ca.gov.
