Check-in at 8 am • Run Begins at 9 am

Everyone will start together and run or walk a pre-arranged 5K course, passing through five “color stations. Each color station represents a different color, where our enthusiastic volunteers will shower you with color (dyed cornstarch). The event is open to runners, walkers, joggers, and anyone who wants to come out and have a fun morning.

Your registration and/or sponsorship will help the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation raise funds to continue our mission.

Our Cause

This year; we’re raising funds to donate to the Comprehensive Care Center, our community’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that has been healing and helping local residents for five decades.

Using a wheelchair-accessible paratransit van, CCC staff regularly transport residents to medical appointments, field trips, and other locations. Unfortunately, the CCC van currently in use is more than 15 years old and needs replacement.

About the Colorthon

In this entertaining Foundation fundraiser, participants will walk/run through various color-blast (non-toxic) zones, all supported by volunteers on the scenic 5K route. To add to the excitement – The Mission Club has created a brand-new route for walkers and runners this year.

The Colorthon 5K is the Foundation’s annual autumn event. Since 2015, the Foundation's Colorthon 5K has been a healthy, colorful, and fun family event.
