Dr. Justin K. Chang is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine at Lompoc Health – North H Center.

Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and was reared in Florida. During a sports medicine fellowship, he was a team physician for the Houston Texans, Houston Astros, Rice University and NASA. He has extensive research experience in orthopedic surgery.
