Foundation Board of Trustees
Our board of trustees is an appointed group of community members who have
the overall responsibility for the management of the Foundation.
The Foundation Board of Trustees comprises eighty people from within the
Lompoc Healthcare District. These individuals serve a three-year term
subject to renewal. The Board of Trustees meets yearly, following the
Annual Meeting in the Ocean Seven Café. Additionally, in November,
a membership and nominating meeting is held.
Each trustee is encouraged to serve on
a Foundation committee.
