The purpose of this committee is to recruit members to the Foundation as well as provide nominations to the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee.
Meetings are held on call by the Chairperson of the Committee.
The purpose of this committee is to recruit members to the Foundation as well as provide nominations to the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee. Currently, there are more than 3,700 members on the Foundation roster.
To develop a broad-based membership composed of influential persons from throughout the hospital’s service area and to nominate Trustees for the Foundation Board.
To annually propose the slate of officers for the Foundation Board.
Membership on the Nominating and Membership Committee is restricted to Trustees and Members of the Foundation. Trustees and members representative of the area – a cross-section of business, the professions, industry, agriculture, civic, social, and governmental organizations – is suggested. At least ten (10) members usually provide the depth required.
