Featuring Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Michael Gill, team physician for Lompoc High School athletics. Dr. Gill will address how to determine whether you need total joint replacement surgery; alternatives to TJF surgery; the latest developments in joint replacement implants and more.

Caring Together Lompoc

Doctor to talk about joint surgery

7:00pm Wednesday, March 19 in the Ocean’s Seven Cafe

What’s new in joint replacement and arthritis will be presented by the Lompoc Hospital Foundation at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 19 in the Ocean’s Seven Cafe inside the Lompoc Valley Medical Center, 1515 E, Ocean Ave. in Lompoc.

The lecture will be presented by Dr. Robert Fry, an orthopedic specialist with Sansum Clinic. Refreshments will be provided. The lecture is free of charge.

Fry will provide an update on non-operative and operative treatments for osteoarthritis affecting the knee, hip and shoulder.


End of Life Options Act Health Lecture

Come and hear about the requirements and de nitions of the End of Life Option Act. Hear about the act’s legislative history and how the options can be accessed. Learn how to speak with your doctor about the law, and learn about other advance directive options.
