Join Michael-Lyn McBride of Yoga Vie Yoga Studio for a short intro to calming practices you can do anytime to help yourself feel more grounded and relaxed. We’ll go over some easy breathing techniques, a short guided meditation, and some simple chair yoga poses you can do anytime during your day to check in with your body and mind. You’ll leave this program with a few more tools in your self-care toolbox and a feeling of renewed energy.

Music engages humans in many ways - through communication, cognitively, movement, emotions, and spirituality. This is true throughout the stages of dementia.

Class offered one Saturday Monthly, 9am – 2pm

This class is offered to expectant parents to provide education and support about what to expect prior to, during, and after delivery. This course provides information on stages of labor, when to come to the hospital, labor basics, pain management options, basic newborn care, breastfeeding education and much more. Our knowledgeable and experienced nursing staff is able to provide support and education to expectant parents, easing fears and giving the opportunity of a prepared childbirth experience. This class includes a tour of our LDRP suites and an opportunity to meet our OB staff.

This class is offered in a group setting, led by a professional Lactation Consultant. Expectant mothers will gain advice and practical tips for ensuring a successful nursing experience. Discussion and questions are welcome and encouraged.
