Dr. Eugene Kaplan is a urogynecologist seeing patients at Lompoc Health – North Third Center.

Dr. Kaplan specializes in treating pelvic disorders as well as general gynecology. He has worked previously in Northern California and Philadelphia. He is the co-founder of the Women's Continence and Pelvic Medicine Center at California Pacific Medical Center and is a visiting co-chair of Gynecologic Oncology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Ilyinski Hospital in Russia.
