Comprehensive Care Center residents have access to a care team that works collaboratively to balance the needs of our residents to achieve the best outcomes.
If you or a loved one are experiencing difficulties with independently performing daily activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, or using the bathroom, our long-term care teams can help. You may benefit from long-term care for many reasons, especially if your difficulties stem from an accident, illness, stroke, chronic condition, or advancing age.
At the Comprehensive Care Center, we provide a higher level of supervision and care when people need more help with their day-to-day activities. Although we understand that some individuals prefer to receive long-term care services in their own homes, that is not always the safest option.
Our residents receive compassionate treatment under the supervision of a physician and have access to a nurse practitioner who is in-house and available 24/7. We also have in-house physical, speech, and occupational therapies available.
The Comprehensive Care Center also partners with local service providers to meet the unique needs of our aging population. Our partnership provides Podiatry, Dental, Beautician, Spiritual Care. The CCC also partners with several home health agencies that oversee and manage palliative and hospice services for any residents who may need them.
Take a tour of the Comprehensive Care Center. We offer personalized care plans for long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative residents. From our spacious rooms to our beautiful memory garden, see what makes the CCC a wonderful place for our residents.
