Need Help Getting Started?
If you need assistance preparing for a telehealth appointment, a Home Health Agency could be a helpful resource. Home health agencies offer a wide range of health care services that can be provided in your home for an illness or injury.
In preparing for a TeleVisit, a home health agency can help you by scheduling a home visit from a:
- Social Worker to help you set up your mobile device or computer for a video visit.
- Registered Nurse following your virtual visit, to assess your vitals such as hydration, nutrition, medication or any other information that may need to be conveyed to your healthcare provider.
While scheduling your appointment, ask for a referral to a Home Health agency. Or if you already have a home health service, reach out and ask the agency for assistance.
